Studio Loading Information for vendors
We’re looking forward to hosting you for your event!
Here are instructions for how to get to our space that you can share with your guests:

ADDRESS:
447 Minna Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
⚠️When walking to the studio at 447 Minna Street, please make sure you enter via the 5th Street side of Minna, not 6th Street.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The closest BART station is Powell and Civic Center is next closest. The studio is also accessible via MUNI.
PARKING
There is street parking available, but we highly recommend you park in a parking lot. The closest parking lots we recommend:

Pickwick Garage @ 884 Mission
Covered Lot; $20 daily flat rate with Valet

5th and Mission Garage at 833 Mission St
Covered lot; Hourly self-parking, $38 for full day

970 Howard St Lot
Open air lot with self parking; $20 flat rate. This lot can be tight for larger cars but is good for tall vans.
GETTING IN:
Once you get to the front door (clear window you can see inside the lobby), call your point of contact (refer to your confirmation email) so they can let you into the lobby. Make sure to CALL instead of using the buzzer as it’s faster that way.

REMINDERS:
- Please bring your own dollies for your loading.
- All furniture can be moved during your event, but you must use our in house dollies / carry furniture and NOT DRAG furniture so as not to damage the floors. Any scratches found after the event will be charged a damage fee afterwards. Cost TBD pending the extent of the damage.
- All furniture must be placed back to where it was when you arrived.
- All kitchen supplies (plates, bowls, glassware, etc) that are used must be washed at the end of your event. We will provide washing supplies. Any damaged items will be charged a damage fee after your event.
