Our Vision
We are building infrastructure for creative entrepreneurs.
The Studio Residency exists to:

Activate the studio as a collaborative, joy-filled event lab

Foster honest thought leadership, vulnerable reflection, and boundary-pushing ideas

Support Resident Creatives in hosting experiences that reflect their values and serve diverse audiences
This is about shared growth, not just shared space.
The Space
Resident Creatives have access to our 2nd Floor Studio plus discounted rental access to the Ground Floor event space.
Studio Amenities Include:

Flexible, light-filled studio with movable, brandable walls

In-house A/V (TV, speakers, mics, mixer)

Onsite color printer

Lounge and creative brainstorming areas

Kitchenette with fridge, sinks, microwave, coffee maker, hot water, and event serving supplies

Easy in-house event production support — tables, chairs, catering, bar service, permitting, decor, and more

Phone booth for private calls

Elevator access
-
1 upstairs bathroom + 2 downstairs bathrooms

Optional storage (additional fee)
