We are building infrastructure for creative entrepreneurs.

The Studio Residency exists to:

Activate the studio as a collaborative, joy-filled event lab

Foster honest thought leadership, vulnerable reflection, and boundary-pushing ideas

Support Resident Creatives in hosting experiences that reflect their values and serve diverse audiences

This is about shared growth, not just shared space.

The Space

Resident Creatives have access to our 2nd Floor Studio plus discounted rental access to the Ground Floor event space.

Studio Amenities Include:

Flexible, light-filled studio with movable, brandable walls
In-house A/V (TV, speakers, mics, mixer)
Onsite color printer
Lounge and creative brainstorming areas
Kitchenette with fridge, sinks, microwave, coffee maker, hot water, and event serving supplies
Easy in-house event production support — tables, chairs, catering, bar service, permitting, decor, and more
Phone booth for private calls
Elevator access
1 upstairs bathroom + 2 downstairs bathrooms
Optional storage (additional fee)

Hosting client meetings (open studio or private conference room rental)
Content creation and photo shoots with beautiful natural light

Event staging pre- or post-event (with confirmation)
Hosting private events for your community, friends, or family
Light printing and office support while working in San Francisco

Application-based | Limited to 30 individuals or businesses

SPACE ACCESS

24/7 keycard access
Use of the studio for photoshoots, content shoots, or small meetups
Up to (2) complimentary private event rentals per year ($1,800 value)*
Discounted rental rates for additional events and meetings

Optional storage space rental (additional fee)

Event dates subject to availability. Day-of staffing and vendor costs not included.

Use of our San Francisco business address for mail and grant applications
Quarterly Resident Creative Business Lab – peer support, strategy sessions, and shared resources
